Art. 776 I. Content prescribed by law

The articles of association must contain provisions on:

1.
the business name and seat of the company;
2.
the objects of the company;
3.
the amount of nominal capital and of the number and nominal value of the capital contributions;
4.657
the form of the company’s communications with its members.

Art. 774 C. Stammanteile

1 Die Stammanteile weisen einen Nennwert auf, der grösser als null ist.655

2 Die Stammanteile müssen mindestens zum Nennwert ausgegeben werden.
