Art. 640 I. Company

The company must be entered in the commercial register at the place where it has its seat.

Art. 635a b. Prüfungsbestätigung

Ein zugelassener Revisor prüft den Gründungsbericht und bestätigt schriftlich, dass dieser vollständig und richtig ist.
