1 Before each work assignment is given to the homeworker, the employer must inform him of the applicable conditions and specifications to the extent these are not already covered by the general terms and conditions of employment; he must specify the materials to be procured by the homeworker and state in writing the amounts to be reimbursed for such materials and the salary.
2 If information regarding the salary and the amounts to be reimbursed for materials procured by the homeworker is not given in writing before the work is allocated, the customary terms and conditions of employment are applicable.
1 Vor jeder Ausgabe von Arbeit hat der Arbeitgeber dem Heimarbeitnehmer die für deren Ausführung erheblichen Bedingungen bekanntzugeben, namentlich die Einzelheiten der Arbeit, soweit sie nicht durch allgemein geltende Arbeitsbedingungen geregelt sind; er hat das vom Heimarbeitnehmer zu beschaffende Material und schriftlich die dafür zu leistende Entschädigung sowie den Lohn anzugeben.
2 Werden die Angaben über den Lohn und über die Entschädigung für das vom Heimarbeitnehmer zu beschaffende Material nicht vor der Ausgabe der Arbeit schriftlich bekannt gegeben, so gelten dafür die üblichen Arbeitsbedingungen.
