1 The authority conferred by means of a transaction is extinguished on the loss of capacity to act, bankruptcy, death, or declaration of presumed death of the principal or the agent, unless the contrary has been agreed or is implied by the nature of the transaction.7
2 The same applies on the dissolution of a legal entity or a company or partnership entered in the commercial register.
3 The mutual personal rights of the parties are unaffected.

2 Die nämliche Wirkung hat die Auflösung einer juristischen Person oder einer in das Handelsregister eingetragenen Gesellschaft.
