Art. 300 P. Protection against termination of usufructuary leases of residential and commercial premises

1 The provisions on leases in Title 8 (Art. 271–273c) apply mutatis mutandis to protection against termination of usufructuary leases of residential or commercial premises.

2 The provisions governing the family residence (Art. 273a) are not applicable.

Art. 300 P. Kündigungsschutz bei der Pacht von Wohn- und Geschäftsräumen

1 Für den Kündigungsschutz bei der Pacht von Wohn- und Geschäftsräumen gilt das Mietrecht (Art. 271–273c) sinngemäss.

2 Nicht anwendbar sind die Bestimmungen über die Wohnung der Familie (Art. 273a).
