1 Usufructuary leases relating to agricultural enterprises or to agricultural land and buildings are governed by the Federal Act of 4 October 1985109 on Agricultural Leases, insofar as it contains special provisions.
2 In other respects the Code of Obligations applies with the exception of the provisions governing leases of residential and commercial premises.110

1 Für Pachtverträge über landwirtschaftliche Gewerbe oder über Grundstücke zur landwirtschaftlichen Nutzung gilt das Bundesgesetz vom 4. Oktober 1985109 über die landwirtschaftliche Pacht, soweit es besondere Regelungen enthält.
2 Im Übrigen gilt das Obligationenrecht mit Ausnahme der Bestimmungen über die Pacht von Wohn- und Geschäftsräumen.110
