220 Bundesgesetz vom 30. März 1911 betreffend die Ergänzung des Schweizerischen Zivilgesetzbuches (Fünfter Teil: Obligationenrecht)
Art. 272d V. Notice given during extension
Unless the decision on extension or the extension agreement stipulates otherwise, the tenant may terminate the lease:
- a.
- by giving one month’s notice expiring at the end of a calendar month in cases where the extension does not exceed one year;
- b.
- by giving three months’ notice expiring on an admissible termination date in cases where the extension exceeds one year.
Art. 272d V. Kündigung während der Erstreckung
Legt der Erstreckungsentscheid oder die Erstreckungsvereinbarung nichts anderes fest, so kann der Mieter das Mietverhältnis wie folgt kündigen:
- a.
- bei Erstreckung bis zu einem Jahr mit einer einmonatigen Frist auf Ende eines Monats;
- b.
- bei Erstreckung von mehr als einem Jahr mit einer dreimonatigen Frist auf einen gesetzlichen Termin.
