1 The Federal Office of Topography shall withhold payment, in whole or in part, of instalments of federal contributions during the programme if the canton:
2 If it becomes apparent after the programme that performance was inadequate, the Federal Office of Topography shall request the canton to remedy the situation; it shall specify an appropriate period for doing so.
3 If performance is still inadequate after this period, the Federal Office of Topography shall request repayment to cover the value of inadequate performance, together with interest of 5 per cent (Art. 28 para. 2 of the Subsidies Act of 5 October 199080).

1 Das Bundesamt für Landestopografie hält die Tranchenzahlungen der Bundesbeiträge während der Programmdauer ganz oder teilweise zurück, wenn der Kanton:
2 Stellt sich nach der Programmdauer heraus, dass die Leistung mangelhaft ist, so verlangt das Bundesamt für Landestopografie vom Kanton Nachbesserung; es setzt ihm dafür eine angemessene Frist.
3 Bleibt die Leistung auch nach Ablauf dieser Frist mangelhaft, so fordert das Bundesamt für Landestopografie Zahlungen im Umfang des Mangels samt einem Zins von 5 Prozent zurück (Art. 28 Abs. 2 des Subventionsgesetzes vom 5. Oktober 199080).
