211.432.2 Verordnung vom 18. November 1992 über die amtliche Vermessung (VAV)

Art. 30a

1 The Federal Directorate of Cadastral Surveying may authorise pilot projects relating to official cadastral surveying in individual cantons or in specific geographical areas in order to test and develop:

a.
new processes and competences;
b.
new technologies;
c.
new content, and geodata and cartographic specifications.

2 The DDPS shall, with the agreement of the federal authorities concerned, issue in a separate ordinance for the pilot project concerned the provisions that derogate from:

a.
this Ordinance;
b.
the GeoIO53;
c.
the Land Register Ordinance of 23 September 201154;
d.
the Ordinance of 21 May 200855 on Geographical Names;
e.
the FDJP and DDPS Technical Ordinance of 28 December 201256 on the Land Register.

3 Pilot projects must be for a limited period and must be evaluated.

Art. 30a

1 Die Eidgenössische Vermessungsdirektion kann im Bereich der amtlichen Vermessung Pilotprojekte in einzelnen Kantonen oder für beschränkte geografische Gebiete bewilligen zur Erprobung und Entwicklung:

a.
neuer Abläufe und Zuständigkeiten;
b.
neuer Technologien;
c.
neuer Inhalte, Geodaten- und Darstellungsmodelle.

2 Das VBS erlässt in Abstimmung mit den betroffenen Bundesstellen für das jeweilige Pilotprojekt in einer separaten Verordnung die Bestimmungen, die abweichen von:

a.
dieser Verordnung;
b.
der GeoIV53;
c.
der Grundbuchverordnung vom 23. September 201154;
d.
der Verordnung vom 21. Mai 200855 über die geografischen Namen;
e.
der technischen Verordnung des EJPD und des VBS vom 28. Dezember 201256 über das Grundbuch.

3 Pilotprojekte sind zu befristen und zu evaluieren.
