Art. 13 Procedures

1 In general, boundaries are to be defined in situ.

2 The cantons may specify that boundaries be defined on the basis of plans, aerial photographs or other suitable means:

a.30
in agricultural and forest land in mountainous and summer pasture areas as defined in the agricultural production register31, and in unproductive areas;
b.
in the course of an updating process, subject to the agreement of the landowners concerned.

Art. 13 Verfahren

1 Die Grenzen werden in der Regel an Ort und Stelle festgestellt.

2 Die Kantone können bestimmen, dass die Grenzen gestützt auf Pläne, Luftbilder oder andere geeignete Grundlagen festgestellt werden:

a.30
in Landwirtschafts- und Forstwirtschaftsgebieten im Berg- und Sömmerungsgebiet gemäss landwirtschaftlichem Produktionskataster31, sowie in unproduktiven Gebieten;
b.
bei einer Nachführung, wenn die betroffenen Grundeigentümer damit einverstanden sind.
