Art. 23 Sanctions

1 The FOJ revokes accreditation if the adoption agency:

a.
no longer meets the requirements for granting accreditation;
b.
repeatedly or seriously breaches its obligations.

2 It may impose a disciplinary fine not exceeding 5000 francs on any person who carries out mediation activities without accreditation.

Art. 23 Sanktionen

1 Das BJ entzieht die Bewilligung, wenn die Vermittlungsstelle:

a.
die Voraussetzungen für die Erteilung der Bewilligung nicht mehr erfüllt;
b.
ihre Pflichten wiederholt oder in schwerwiegender Weise verletzt.

2 Es kann jede Person, die ohne Bewilligung eine Vermittlungstätigkeit ausübt, mit einer Ordnungsbusse bis zu 5000 Franken belegen.
