Preamble

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

based on Article 64 of the Federal Constitution1,2
and having considered the Dispatch of the Federal Council dated 28 May 19043,

decrees:

Präambel

Die Bundesversammlung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft,

gestützt auf Artikel 64 der Bundesverfassung1,2
nach Einsicht in eine Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 28. Mai 19043,

beschliesst:
