Art. 183 II. Capacity to enter into an agreement

1 A person wishing to enter into a marital agreement must have capacity of judgement.

2 Minors, or adults subject to a deputyship that covers the conclusion of a marital agreement require the consent of their legal representative.222

Art. 182 I. Inhalt des Vertrages

1 Ein Ehevertrag kann vor oder nach der Heirat geschlossen werden.

2 Die Verlobten oder Ehegatten können ihren Güterstand nur innerhalb der gesetzlichen Schranken wählen, aufheben oder ändern.222
