Preamble

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

based on Article 173 paragraph 2 of the Federal Constitution1,2
and having considered the Federal Council Dispatch dated 16 October 19963,

decrees:

Präambel

Die Bundesversammlung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft,

gestützt auf Artikel 173 Absatz 2 der Bundesverfassung1,2
nach Einsicht in die Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 16. Oktober 19963,

beschliesst:

2 Fassung gemäss Ziff. I des BG vom 1. Okt. 2010 (Datenschutz bei der Benutzung der elektronischen Infrastruktur), in Kraft seit 1. April 2012 (AS 2012 941; BBl 2009 8513).
