Art. 62e Liability

1 The cantons are liable to the Confederation for damage to its property as a result of disruption to public order.

2 Cantonal and communal regulations on insurance obligations do not apply to the Confederation.

Art. 62e Haftung

1 Die Kantone haften dem Bund für Schäden an dessen Eigentum infolge einer Störung der öffentlichen Ordnung.

2 Vorschriften der Kantone und Gemeinden über Versicherungspflichten gelten nicht für den Bund.
