1 Under the Federal Act of 19 June 199271 on Data Protection, federal bodies may not record and evaluate personal data linked to the use of their electronic infrastructure or any electronic infrastructure operated by them unless this is necessary for any of the purposes set out in Articles 57l–57o.
2 Data processing as described in this section may also relate to personal data and personality profiles which are particularly worthy of protection.
