Art. 4 Aim

ORBIS has the following aims:

a.
to record and store the data on visa applications;
b.
to transmit the data recorded in application of the EU VIS Regulation8 to the C-VIS;
c.
to allow access to the C-VIS data.

Art. 4 Zweck

ORBIS dient folgenden Zwecken:

a.
Erfassung und Speicherung der Daten zu Visumgesuchen;
b.
Übermittlung der in Anwendung der EU-VIS-Verordnung8 erfassten Daten an das C-VIS;
c.
Zugang zu den Daten des C-VIS.
