1 Die Bestimmungen des BankG31 über die Massnahmen bei Insolvenzgefahr und den Bankenkonkurs gelten für Fondsleitungen und Wertpapierhäuser sinngemäss.
2 Die Bestimmungen des BankG über die Einlagensicherung und die nachrichtenlosen Vermögenswerte gelten für Wertpapierhäuser nach Artikel 41 Buchstabe a sinngemäss.32
