1 Die Fondsleitung muss eine Aktiengesellschaft mit Sitz und Hauptverwaltung in der Schweiz sein.
2 Das Aktienkapital ist in Namenaktien aufzuteilen.
3 Die geschäftsführenden Personen der Fondsleitung und der Depotbank müssen von der jeweils anderen Gesellschaft unabhängig sein.
4 Hauptzweck der Fondsleitung ist die Ausübung des Fondsgeschäfts; dieses besteht aus dem Anbieten von Anteilen des Anlagefonds, dessen Leitung und dessen Verwaltung.

2 The share capital shall be divided into registered shares.
3 The persons managing the fund management company and the custodian bank must be independent of each other's company.
4 The main purpose of the fund management company is to conduct the fund business; this consists of the offering of units in the investment fund and its management and administration.
