941.311 Ordinance of 8 May 1934 on the Control of Trade in Precious Metals and Articles of Precious Metals (Precious Metals Control Ordinance, PMCO)
Art. 45
1 Es müssen nicht bezeichnet werden:
- a.
- Waren aus Edelmetallen zur Verwendung in Wissenschaft und Technik, zu ärztlichen und zahnärztlichen Zwecken;
- b.
- Waren, welche mehr als 50 Jahre alt sind;
- c.
- Musikinstrumente;
- d.
- für öffentliche Sammlungen bestimmte Kunstobjekte.
2 Qualitätsangaben auf den in Absatz 1 erwähnten Waren oder auf dazugehörigen Werbemitteln müssen der tatsächlichen Zusammensetzung der Waren entsprechen.
Art. 45
1 The following items need not be marked:
- a.
- precious metal articles for scientific or technical use or for medical or dentistry purposes;
- b.
- articles that are over 50 years old;
- c.
- musical instruments;
- d.
- works of art destined for public collections.
2 Any quality indications on the articles mentioned in paragraph 1 or on the associated advertising material must match the actual composition of the articles.
