1 Die Kontrollämter stellen dem Zentralamt monatlich und vierteljährlich auf amtlichem Formular einen Auszug aus den von ihnen geführten Kontrollen und Büchern zu.
2 Das Zentralamt überprüft periodisch Einrichtungen, Kontrollen und Bücher der Kontrollämter.
3 Kantonale Kontrollämter haben vor dem 1. Dezember jedes Jahres, durch Vermittlung der zuständigen kantonalen Behörde, auf amtlichem Formular (in drei Exemplaren) einen Voranschlag der für das kommende Kalenderjahr zu erwartenden Einnahmen und Ausgaben und über die Mittelbeschaffung zur Durchführung des Betriebes einzureichen. Der Voranschlag ist dem Zentralamt zur Genehmigung zu unterbreiten. Aussetzungen des Zentralamtes werden der zuständigen kantonalen Behörde zur Kenntnis gebracht, welche für die Behebung der gerügten Mängel zu sorgen hat.
1 The Assay Offices shall provide the Central Office with a monthly and quarterly summary of the checks they have conducted and their books, using the official form.
2 The Central Office shall conduct regular checks of the Assay Offices’ facilities, controls and books.
3 Cantonal Assay Offices must submit, before 1 December of each year, a budget for the income and expenses expected for the following year and the procurement of working capital, using the official form (three copies) by way of the appropriate cantonal authority. The budget must be presented to the Central Office for approval. Observations made by the Central Office shall be brought to the attention of the relevant cantonal authority, which shall take charge of remedying the deficiencies identified.
