1 Die Kontrollämter sind verpflichtet, jede von ihnen wahrgenommene Widerhandlung gegen Vorschriften des Gesetzes beim Zentralamt zur Anzeige zu bringen. Artikel 179 ist entsprechend anwendbar.
2 Die von Inhabern einer Schmelzbewilligung und von beeidigten Handelsprüfern eingereichten Anzeigen werden durch das Kontrollamt überprüft, tunlichst ergänzt und dem Zentralamt übermittelt.209
3 Die Verpflichtung, Widerhandlungen im Sinne von Absatz 1 anzuzeigen, gilt auch für die Zollstellen.210

1 The Assay Offices are obliged to report to the Central Office any offence against the provisions of the Act that comes to their attention. Article 179 applies correspondingly.
2 Complaints filed by holders of a melter’s licence and by sworn trade assayers are verified by the Assay Office, supplemented as far as possible, and forwarded to the Central Office.209
3 The obligation to report offences within the meaning of paragraph 1 also applies to customs offices.210
