1 Die Prüfung hat den wirklichen Feingehalt des Schmelzproduktes festzustellen (Art. 32 Abs. 2 des Gesetzes).200
2 Für die Art und Weise ihrer Vornahme gelten die Artikel 91, 93 und 95, die entsprechend anwendbar sind.201
3 Der festgestellte Feingehalt ist in Tausendsteln und Bruchteilen von Tausendsteln anzugeben.
4 Der festgestellte Feingehalt wird jedem geprüften Stück aufgeprägt, sofern die Dimensionen des Stückes dies zulassen. Dasselbe ist zudem mit dem Stempelzeichen des Kontrollamtes oder des Handelsprüfers zu versehen.

1 The purpose of such testing is to determine the actual fineness of the melt product (Art. 32 para. 2 of the Act).200
2 For the manner in which the test is conducted, Articles 91, 93 and 95 apply correspondingly.201
3 The fineness determined must be stated in parts per thousand and fractions thereof.
4 The fineness determined is stamped on each tested piece provided that the dimensions of the piece permit this. The mark of the Assay Office or of the trade assayer must also be applied.
