1 Werden einzelne Teile der Ware, auf denen Stempel des Kontrollamtes angebracht wurden, nachträglich ersetzt, so muss dafür um eine neue Prüfung und Stempelung nachgesucht werden.
2 Die ersetzten Stücke sind dem Kontrollamt zur Entfernung der Stempelung vorzulegen.
3 Für die Erneuerung der Stempelung wird die Hälfte der Gebühr der Neustempelung erhoben. Werden Stücke nachweislich infolge eines Fabrikationsfehlers ersetzt, erfolgt die Stempelung kostenlos.
4 Das Zentralamt regelt die Stempelung der Rohteile von Edelmetall- und Mehrmetallwaren und über das Vorgehen beim nachträglichen Vorweisen von Ergänzungsteilen oder fertigen Waren zur amtlichen Stempelung.

1 If individual parts of the article on which the Assay Office has applied its mark are subsequently to be replaced, an application must be made for a new controlling and hallmarking procedure.
2 The replaced pieces must be presented to the Assay Office for removal of the hallmark.
3 To renew the hallmark, the fee charged is half of the fee for a new stamp. If pieces are replaced as a result of a manufacturing error, and evidence to this effect exists, the hallmark shall be applied free of charge.
4 The Central Office shall regulate the hallmarking of unmachined parts of precious metal articles and multi-metal articles and the procedure for subsequent submission of additional parts or finished articles for official hallmarking.
