1 Die amtlichen Stempel werden durch das Zentralamt beschafft und an die Kontrollämter abgegeben. Die kantonalen Kontrollämter bezahlen den Selbstkostenpreis.109
2 Die zur Anfertigung der Stempel dienenden Originalstempel und Matrizen werden vom Zentralamt unter Verschluss aufbewahrt.
3 Das Zentralamt führt eine Fabrikationskontrolle und eine Kontrolle über die jedem Kontrollamt abgegebenen Stempel.

1 The official hallmarks shall be procured by the Central Office and delivered to the Assay Offices. The cantonal Assay Offices shall pay the cost price.109
2 The original hallmarks and dies used to apply the hallmark shall be stored under lock and key by the Central Office.
3 The Central Office shall conduct a manufacturing check and verifies the hallmarks given to each Assay Office.
