1 Erweist sich die Beanstandung durch das Kontrollamt als begründet und liegt ein Vergehen im Sinne des Artikels 44 des Gesetzes vor, so erklärt das Zentralamt die Ware als beschlagnahmt und erstattet Strafanzeige.
2 Diese Massnahmen werden dem Gesuchsteller schriftlich mitgeteilt.
1 If the objection by the Assay Office turns out to be justified and if an offence has been committed in accordance with Article 44 of the Act, the Central Office shall seize the article and file a criminal complaint.
2 The applicant shall be notified of these measures in writing.
