1 Das UVEK erlässt eine Verordnung über die Ausführung der Bestimmungen dieses Abschnittes.
2 Es kann vorsehen, dass für wissenschaftliche Zwecke forstliches Vermehrungsgut eingeführt und verwendet werden darf, dessen Eignung und Herkunft nicht nachgewiesen sind.
