1 Bis zum 31. Dezember 2008 können im Weinbau einzelne Parzellen unabhängig vom Rest des Betriebes biologisch bewirtschaftet werden, sofern für den Rest des Betriebes der ökologische Leistungsnachweis nach den Artikeln 11–25 DZV209 erbracht wird.210
1bis Betriebe, die gestützt auf die Übergangsbestimmung nach Absatz 1 im Jahr 2008 einzelne Parzellen im Weinbau unabhängig vom Rest des Betriebes biologisch bewirtschafteten, können diese Parzellen unter denselben Voraussetzungen noch bis zum 31. Dezember 2011 biologisch bewirtschaften.211

3 Die Zertifizierungsstelle trifft geeignete Kontrollmassnahmen, insbesondere bezüglich der Warenflüsse und der Rückstände unzulässiger Hilfsstoffe. Das WBF kann Mindestanforderungen für diese Kontrollmassnahmen erlassen.
4 Die Zertifizierungsstelle meldet die Betriebe nach Absatz 1 unmittelbar nach Aufnahme des Kontrollverfahrens dem BLW.213

1 Individual parcels of land devoted to wine growing may be managed organically independently from the rest of the holding until 31 December 2008, provided proof of ecological performance in according with Articles 11–25 DPO209 is provided for the rest of the holding.210
1bis Holdings which, on the basis of paragraph 1 of the transitional provisions, managed individual wine-growing parcels organically independently of the rest of the holding in 2008, may continue to manage these parcels organically on the same conditions until 31 December 2011.211

3 The certification body shall take appropriate inspection measures, particularly with regard to flows of goods and residues of unauthorised agrochemicals. The Department may lay down minimum requirements for these inspection measures.
4 The certification body shall notify FOAG of the holdings under paragraph 1 immediately following initiation of the inspection procedure.213
