1 Das Gesuch und die Stellungnahmen der Kantone und Fachstellen sowie die Gutachten sind während dreier Monate öffentlich aufzulegen.
2 Die Auflage ist in den amtlichen Publikationsorganen der betroffenen Kantone und Gemeinden sowie im Bundesblatt zu publizieren.
1 The application and advisory opinions of the cantons and relevant authorities, as well as all associated expert reports, shall be made available for public inspection for a period of three months.
2 Notice of the public inspection shall be published in the official gazette of each canton and commune concerned, as well as in the Swiss Federal Gazette.
