Art. 9 Verleihung

1 Das BAFU verleiht das Parklabel an die Parkträgerschaft.

2 Das Parklabel wird für eine Dauer von zehn Jahren verliehen.

Art. 9 Award

1 The FOEN shall award the park label to the park authority.

2 The park label shall be awarded for a period of ten years.
