Art. 23 Kernzone

1 Zur freien Entwicklung der Natur sind in der Kernzone ausgeschlossen:

a.
das Betreten ausserhalb der vorgegebenen Wege sowie das Mitführen von Tieren mit Ausnahme von Hunden, die an der Leine geführt werden;
b.
das Befahren mit Fahrzeugen jeglicher Art ausgenommen mit Fahrzeugen ohne Motor auf Routen, die nach Artikel 54a der Signalisationsverordnung vom 5. September 197910 signalisiert sind;
c.
das Erstellen von Bauten und Anlagen sowie die Vornahme von Bodenveränderungen;
d.
die land- und waldwirtschaftliche Nutzung;
e.
die Ausübung der Fischerei und der Jagd mit Ausnahme der Regulierung von Beständen jagdbarer Arten zur Verhütung erheblicher Wildschäden;
f.
das Sammeln von Gesteinen, Mineralien, Fossilien, Pflanzen und Pilzen sowie das Fangen von Tieren.

2 Abweichungen von den Vorschriften nach Absatz 1 sind zulässig, wenn sie geringfügig sind und wichtige Gründe dafür bestehen.

3 Der Bestand bestehender Bauten und Anlagen ist gewährleistet. Liegt eine bestehende Baute oder Anlage nicht im öffentlichen Interesse, so ist sie bei sich bietender Gelegenheit zu beseitigen. Ein öffentliches Interesse liegt insbesondere vor, wenn die bestehende Baute oder Anlage von der zuständigen Behörde unter Schutz gestellt worden ist.

Art. 23 Core zone

1 To enable free natural development, the following are prohibited in the core zone:

a.
leaving the paths and routes provided and bringing in animals, with the exception of dogs, which must be kept on a leash;
b.
the use of any vehicle with exception of non-motorised vehicles on routes marked in accordance with Article 54a of the Road Signs Ordinance of 5 September 197910;
c.
the construction of buildings and installations as well as terrain modification;
d.
use for agriculture or forestry;
e.
fishing and hunting, with the exception of the regulation of stocks of game species in order to prevent significant damage caused by game;
f.
the collection of rocks, minerals, fossils, plants and fungi as well as the trapping of animals.

2 Derogations from the regulations in paragraph 1 are permitted, provided they are minor and are made for good cause.

3 The continued existence of existing buildings and installations is guaranteed. If an existing building or installation is not in the public interest, it must be removed when the opportunity arises. There is a public interest in particular if the existing building or installation has been made subject to a preservation order by the responsible authority.
