Art. 2 Voraussetzungen

¹ Globale Finanzhilfen werden gewährt:

a.: an die Errichtung eines Parks von nationaler Bedeutung, wenn eine Parkträgerschaft (Art. 25) bezeichnet ist und die Machbarkeit der Errichtung, des Betriebs und der Qualitätssicherung des Parks nach den Anforderungen an den Park ausgewiesen sind;
b.: an den Betrieb und die Qualitätssicherung eines Parks von nationaler Bedeutung, wenn die Anforderungen an den Park erfüllt sind.

² Finanzhilfen werden nur gewährt, wenn der Kanton und die Gemeinden, deren Gebiet in den Park einbezogen ist, sowie allfällige Dritte sich finanziell angemessen an der Errichtung, dem Betrieb und der Qualitätssicherung des Parks beteiligen.

Art. 2 Requirements

¹ Global financial aid shall be granted:

a.: for the establishment of a park of national importance, provided a park authority (Art. 25) is designated and the feasibility of establishing, operating and ensuring the quality of the park in accordance with the requirements for the park are demonstrated;
b.: for managing and ensuring the quality of a park of national importance provided the requirements for the park are fulfilled.

² Financial aid shall be granted only if the canton and the communes whose territory is included in the park, as well as any third parties, participate in an equitable manner in financing the establishment, operation and quality assurance of the park.
