Die Bundesversammlung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft,
gestützt auf Artikel 78 Absatz 4 der Bundesverfassung2,
in Ausführung des Protokolls von Nagoya vom 29. Oktober 20103 über den
Zugang zu genetischen Ressourcen und die ausgewogene und gerechte Aufteilung der sich aus ihrer Nutzung ergebenden Vorteile zum Übereinkommen über die biologische Vielfalt (Protokoll von Nagoya),
nach Einsicht in die Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 12. November 19654,5
beschliesst:
5 Fassung gemäss Anhang des BB vom 21. März 2014 (Nagoya-Protokoll), in Kraft seit 12. Okt. 2014 (AS 2014 2629; BBl 2013 3009).
The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,
based on Article 78 paragraph 4 of the Federal Constitution2,
in implementation of the Nagoya Protocol of 29 October 20103 on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity (Nagoya Protocol),
and having considered the Federal Council Dispatch dated 12 November 19654,5
