1 Das BFS macht die Daten zu den Kernmerkmalen der UID-Einheiten im Internet öffentlich zugänglich. Es beschränkt die Abfragemöglichkeiten auf Abfragen zu den einzelnen UID-Einheiten.
2 Der Bundesrat kann die UID ohne weitere Merkmale für Sammelabfragen öffentlich zugänglich machen. Er regelt die Modalitäten der Abfrage.
3 Die Daten zu den Kernmerkmalen einer UID-Einheit werden nur mit deren Einwilligung veröffentlicht, soweit keine andere bundesgesetzliche Regelung die Veröffentlichung vorschreibt. Bis zum Ausserkrafttreten des Covid-19-Solidarbürgschaftsgesetzes vom 18. Dezember 202010 veröffentlicht das BFS im Internet die Daten zu den Kernmerkmalen aller UID-Einheiten ohne deren Einwilligung.11
4 Daten zu den Zusatzmerkmalen dürfen nur den UID-Stellen zugänglich gemacht werden.
5 Daten zu den Systemmerkmalen sind nur dem BFS zugänglich.
6 Die AHV-Nummer12 ist nicht öffentlich.13

1 The FSO makes data relating to UID entity key data available to the public on the internet. It restricts the consultation possibilities to requests concerning individual UID entities.
2 The Federal Council may make the UID accessible to the public for batch requests without further attributes. It regulates the terms of the request.
3 Data relating to the key data of a UID entity are only published with its consent unless another federal law requires publication. Until the COVID-19 Financial Guarantees Act of 18 December 202010 ceases to apply, the FSO shall publish the data on the key data of all UID entities on the internet without their consent.11
4 Data relating to the additional data may only be made accessible to the UID services.
5 Data relating to the system data are only accessible to the FSO.
6 The OASI number12 is not public.13
