351.1 Federal Act of 20 March 1981 on International Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Mutual Assistance Act, IMAC)
Art. 80h Beschwerdelegitimation
Zur Beschwerdeführung ist berechtigt:
- a.
- das Bundesamt;
- b.
- wer persönlich und direkt von einer Rechtshilfemassnahme betroffen ist und ein schutzwürdiges Interesse an deren Aufhebung oder Änderung hat.
Art. 80h Right of appeal
The following shall be entitled to appeal:
- a.
- the Federal Office;
- b.
- any person who is personally and directly affected by a mutual assistance measure and has a legitimate interest in that measure being annulled or modified.
