1. Wer unrechtmässig
in Anstalten oder andere Örtlichkeiten eindringt, zu denen der Zutritt von der Militärbehörde verboten ist,
militärische Anstalten oder Gegenstände abbildet, oder solche Abbildungen vervielfältigt oder veröffentlicht,
wird mit Busse bestraft.
2. Versuch und Gehilfenschaft sind strafbar.
1. Any person who unlawfully
enters buildings or any other places, the access to which is prohibited by the military authorities,
makes drawings, diagrams or plans or takes photographs or makes films of military establishments or objects serving the national defence, or copies or publishes such drawings, diagrams, plans, photographs or films,
shall be liable to a fine.
2. Attempts and complicity are also offences.
