Die Artikel 264d–264j finden Anwendung im Zusammenhang mit internationalen bewaffneten Konflikten einschliesslich Besetzungen sowie, soweit aus der Natur der Straftaten nichts anderes hervorgeht, im Zusammenhang mit nicht internationalen bewaffneten Konflikten.
Articles 264d–264j apply in connection with international armed conflicts including occupations as well as, unless the nature the offences requires otherwise, in connection with non-international armed conflicts.
