1 Sofern sich nicht aus dem Inhalt oder der Natur des Vertrages oder aus den Umständen eine andere Willensmeinung der Parteien ergibt, kann der Schuldner schon vor dem Verfalltage erfüllen.
2 Er ist jedoch nicht berechtigt, einen Diskonto abzuziehen, es sei denn, dass Übereinkunft oder Übung einen solchen gestatten.
