1 Der Antragsteller wird nicht gebunden, wenn er dem Antrage eine die Behaftung ablehnende Erklärung beifügt, oder wenn ein solcher Vorbehalt sich aus der Natur des Geschäftes oder aus den Umständen ergibt.
2 Die Versendung von Tarifen, Preislisten u. dgl. bedeutet an sich keinen Antrag.
3 Dagegen gilt die Auslage von Waren mit Angabe des Preises in der Regel als Antrag.
