1 Der Normalarbeitsvertrag nach Artikel 360a gilt auch für Arbeitnehmer, die nur vorübergehend in seinem örtlichen Geltungsbereich tätig sind, sowie für verliehene Arbeitnehmer.
2 Durch Abrede darf vom Normalarbeitsvertrag nach Artikel 360a nicht zu Ungunsten des Arbeitnehmers abgewichen werden.
