1 Ist der Vertrag auf unbestimmte Zeit abgeschlossen, so kann ihn jede Partei auf einen beliebigen Zeitpunkt kündigen, wenn Vertrag oder Ortsgebrauch nichts anderes bestimmen.
2 Die Kündigung soll jedoch in guten Treuen und nicht zur Unzeit erfolgen.
