1 Das Schenkungsversprechen bedarf zu seiner Gültigkeit der schriftlichen Form.
2 Sind Grundstücke oder dingliche Rechte an solchen Gegenstand der Schenkung, so ist zu ihrer Gültigkeit die öffentliche Beurkundung erforderlich.
3 Ist das Schenkungsversprechen vollzogen, so wird das Verhältnis als Schenkung von Hand zu Hand beurteilt.
1 The promise of a gift is valid only if done in writing.
2 A promise to give title or rights in rem to immovable property is valid only if done as a public deed.
3 On fulfilment of the promise to give, the relationship is treated as a gift from hand to hand.
