1 Die Zu- oder Absage muss bei Grundstücken an der Steigerung selbst erfolgen.
2 Vorbehalte, durch die der Bietende über die Steigerungsverhandlung hinaus bei seinem Angebote behaftet wird, sind ungültig, soweit es sich nicht um Zwangsversteigerung oder um einen Fall handelt, wo der Verkauf der Genehmigung durch eine Behörde bedarf.
1 In the case immovable property, the highest bid must be accepted or refused at the auction itself.
2 Any condition whereby the bidder is bound to maintain his bid after the auction is void, other than in the case of compulsory auctions or sales of land or buildings that require official approval.
