1 Die Zahlung der Checksumme kann ganz oder teilweise durch Checkbürgschaft gesichert werden.
2 Diese Sicherheit kann von einem Dritten, mit Ausnahme des Bezogenen, oder auch von einer Person geleistet werden, deren Unterschrift sich schon auf dem Check befindet.
