Art. 1093 d. Bereicherungsanspruch

Der Bereicherungsanspruch gegen den Bezogenen, den Domiziliaten und die Person oder Firma, für deren Rechnung der Aussteller den Wechsel gezogen hat, bestimmt sich nach dem Recht des Landes, in dessen Gebiet diese Personen ihren Wohnsitz haben.

Art. 1096 1. Requirements

A promissory note contains:

1.: the designation ‘promissory note’ in the text of the instrument and in the language in which it is issued;
2.: the unconditional promise to pay a certain sum of money;
3.: the due date;
4.: the place of payment;
5.: the name of the person to whom or to whose order payment is to be made;
7.: the date on which and place at which the note is made;
8.: the maker’s signature.
