Ist der Wechsel nur zu einem Teil der Wechselsumme angenommen worden und wird deshalb Protest erhoben, so ist eine Abschrift des Wechsels auszufertigen und der Protest auf diese Abschrift zu setzen.
A protest signed by the competent notary or official body is valid even if not made in accordance with the regulations or if the information it contains is inaccurate.
