1 Das Bundesamt für Landestopographie meldet den Kantonen die an Fixpunkten der Kategorie 1 vorgenommenen Änderungen.
2 Festgestellte Schäden oder Gefährdungen von Fixpunkten der Kategorie 1 sind durch die Kantone dem Bundesamt für Landestopographie zu melden.
3 Die Kantone melden dem Bundesamt für Landestopografie die an Fixpunkten der Kategorie 2 vorgenommenen Änderungen.78
4 Die Vermessungsfachleute sind verpflichtet, Beschädigungen, Veränderungen und Gefährdungen von Fixpunkten der Kategorien 1 und 2 der Vermessungsaufsicht zu melden.

4 It is the duty of cadastral surveyors to notify the relevant cantonal surveying supervision service of damage, change or danger affecting control points of categories 1 and 2.
