Die Bundesversammlung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft,
gestützt auf Artikel 103 der Bundesverfassung2,3
nach Einsicht in eine Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 24. September 19654,
beschliesst:
2 [BS 1 3]. Dieser Bestimmung entsprechen die Art. 177 Abs. 3 und 187 Abs. 1 Bst. d der BV vom 18. April 1999 (SR 101).

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,
on the basis of Article 103 of the Federal Constitution2,3
and having considered the Dispatch of the Federal Council dated

decrees:
