1 Nach Ablauf der Geltungsdauer des Bundesbeschlusses vom 9. Oktober 199210 über die Einsicht in Akten der Bundesanwaltschaft finden für dessen Geltungsbereich die Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes Anwendung.
2 Die Unterlagen gemäss dem Bundesbeschluss bleiben während 50 Jahren ab dem Datum des jüngsten Dokuments eines Geschäftes oder eines Dossiers für die Einsichtnahme durch die Verwaltung gesperrt.

1 On expiry of the applicability of the Federal Decree of 9 October 199210 on the Consultation of the Files of the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland, the provisions of this Act apply to its field of application.
2 Documents within the meaning of the Federal Decree may not be consulted by the federal administration for 50 years from the date of the most recent documents of a case or file.
