Art. 14 Förderungsprogramme

¹ Der Bund kann öffentlichen oder privaten Institutionen, die Programme zur Förderung der Gleichstellung von Frau und Mann im Erwerbsleben durchführen, Finanzhilfen gewähren. Er kann selbst Programme durchführen.

² Die Programme können dazu dienen:

a.: die inner- oder ausserbetriebliche Aus- und Weiterbildung zu fördern;
b.: die Vertretung der Geschlechter in den verschiedenen Berufen, Funktionen und Führungsebenen zu verbessern;
c.: die Vereinbarkeit von beruflichen und familiären Aufgaben zu verbessern;
d.: Arbeitsorganisationen und Infrastrukturen am Arbeitsplatz zu fördern, welche die Gleichstellung begünstigen.

³ In erster Linie werden Programme mit neuartigem und beispielhaftem Inhalt unterstützt.

Art. 14 Promotion programmes

¹ The federal government may grant financial aid to public or private institutions that conduct programmes for the promotion of gender equality in the workplace. It may conduct its own programmes.

² The programmes may serve:

a.: to encourage basic and continuing education training in or outside the workplace;
b.: to improve the representation of both sexes in the various professions, positions, and management levels;
c.: to improve the compatibility of work and family duties;
d.: to promote work organisations and infrastructures in the workplace that encourage equality.

³ Priority for the granting of aid will be given to programmes that are exemplary or innovative in character.
